Direct Contact With God

At 2:00am on 4/28/08 I woke up from a sound sleep on my stomach, stretched across my bed in an "X" position and took controlled, slow breaths in and out. Each breath in was very deep, and each breath out was deeper and stretched me out a bit further on the bed. I wasn't controlling this like I usually do when I breathe, it was just happening.

After maybe 20-30 breaths I was so far stretched out across my bed that I felt like my arms and legs were going to come out of their sockets; I was arched up with my fingers and feet stretched out as far as possible, I felt energy going out my fingers and feet, my head arched up, my eyes opened and my mouth opened with large groaning exhales. I felt this massive energy coming out from the center of my chest and out my mouth and arms and legs, seeing a bright light (or two side-by-side, I'm not sure). I remember fearing that I might be getting ready to die and wasn't sure how, the feeling kept getting bigger.

At the peak I had one big exhale as this power went out or hit me. I felt this massive, direct contact with God; I don't know how to describe it in words. What I remember is that it was a message of one God as if to prove God's existence to me. After that crescendo, each breath slowly brought me back to a position (similar to how I've seen Muslims pray to Mecca), then to an upright position. I got out of bed amazed; wrote down three things immediately:

It's all real, It's all true & It's FUN!

I was crying, praising God and singing with joy. There were a lot of things that happened to me over the 2 weeks before this happened and in the weeks since, but I wanted to share this experience.

Hi every one! That is so cool, and awesome! God tends to wait for us to be ready. Especialy' when we reach a point of low and desperation. I had shrugged the idea of God off, because I was scared of the tediouse responsibility, and judgement. He found me hurt and ashamed. That is when the proof came. I was over. Just lost. Nobody but me. He talked to me, in ANY text I picked up. No science or proof will make you ready for his love. It will hit you like a wave, and you will cry... He/She/It loves you so dear! We STILL talk' mysterious indeed. I LOVE YOU ALL!

Anonymous,

I have a parting message to share. Jesus blinded Saul, and Saul was converted and stopped persecuting the church of Jesus Christ. He became an Apostle and was called Paul from then on.

Paul experieced many things that God revealed to him. So that Paul would not get "a big head" and become proud, God allowed Paul to suffer with an affliction.

Paul called it "a thorn in the flesh." And Paul asked God many times to take it away from him. God's answer was final..., and God basically said NO. He wanted Paul to be a humble man.

Too much of a good thing, could be too much, for a mere mortal.

I prayed and asked God to stop my chronic migrane headaches. I stopped praying for that after 10 years passed. I've suffered them since 1984. And I suffer other additional chronic conditions since then.

Believe me, I am no Apostle Paul..., not even close.

God Bless ❤

anonymous,

I've lived to be in my fifties. I've experienced something that might help you in the future.

I'm not speaking strictly about myself, but others who have had what I call "special revelation" at one time or another in their life.

There really isn't much difference between those who've had a special revelation or not. It is the special revelation that changes one's life.

Try to share these kinds of experience with others, even those in the same church, and you might be disciplined. You may be shunned..., like you have some kind of disease.

People may start calling you names, of one variety or another. I don't doubt you had the experience, I do question what power was behind this connection.

I've learned that sharing intimate details about your experience might evoke a critical response in others, even your own family.

You should consider carefully who to share your experience with..., choose carefully.

If you were married, and had a very intimate experience with your husband, I have no doubt that you wouldn't publish it on the internet.

Put your experience to the test. Measure it carefully next to the Word of God. If you don't know your Bible well enough, consult a minister or priest, but not the one in your church, or they may be biased.

In closing, I'd like you to find an example in the Bible where someone else had a similar experience. If you have anything to prove, prove it to yourself first. It's OK to get help.

If I had been a witness to this event, I might have thought there is some kind of possession going on.

Moses wanted to see God, face to face. God had Moses stand in a crevice in the rock, and God stepped by Moses allowing him to see only his back..., the rock shielded Moses to prevent his certain death.

No mortal man can see God face to face without dying. Seeing is one thing. Touching is another.

Put me to the test. Read your Bible.

Good will, peace, and love to all. ❤

A man came up to me and said, "Stay encouraged." I responded, "What?" He repeated, "Stay encouraged. That's all they told me to tell you..." And he walked away around a corner. He was well-dressed and looked like an average, normal, happy guy. He said it in a normal tone, as if he wasn't telling me anything out of the ordinary. It was so weird.

I had the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE. I haven't told my experience on this site yet but it's good to know that someone else out there experienced the exact same thing. I'll never forget that morning I woke up to 4 years ago. It was as if I was feeling and seeing the World as is really is for the very first time...

God Bless <3

I agree with you, Partisan, 100%!
What an AWESOME God we have indeed!
He chooses to show us everything if we would only be open enough and receive Him.
After having a few wonderful experiences in my life, it seems to open us up more to Him and we tend to see and feel wonderous new things in His world.
ENJOY it dear "anonymous" and God Bless.

Hallelujah!I can think of nothing better to say. How we bump into God varies from person to person, but thank God, we do! I am truly happy for you. Many people claim to suffer from the absence of "proof". I would recommend that they simply talk to It, He/She, but I know they will not. Seems to me that if someone will not treat God like 'It' is Real, they have no business expecting a demonstration!
Thank you for sharing this with us, Anonymous Georgian. I bet you haven't seen the last of God!
