One night in 2003 in November I was walking to the convenience store from my apartment, which is just like 75 feet, and once I was downstairs in the parking lot a star from the east low in the horizon "fell" from the sky in the most graceful decent to within arms distance from my head. That's right, it came to within 2 feet of my body and hung in the night. This happened at night of course about 10:00 or 10:30pm. The first thought I had was that this was God's creature and I should not touch it because I might taint it with human touch. Since then I have thought to myself of the star and thought that I should have reached out and grabbed it, what might my life be like now if I had grabbed it then.
You might be thinking that I was not in my right mind and that I imagined this, but this was no hallucination, it really happened. So now I believe in Heaven and God. I was totally sober and am aware of what a drug induced hallucination is like, this really happened. Does anyone know what this might mean? I could really use some feedback. Does anyone know of similar events in history or things other people have experienced that might relate to this? The star looked like a small piece of light about the size of a golf ball and did not radiate any heat, it looked the same as a star from far away only closer, so close you could reach out and touch it.
