This occurrences have happened to me a lot of times and by now have become used to it. The first happy realization happened when I was in Reliance Money doing a job. I liked reading about spiritualism prior to Reliance Money but had never experienced it in reality in the past.
I kept chanting the Navkar Mantra for a while and then something suddenly happened when I was having lunch at the lunch table in R-Money. I felt that my hands, legs, eyes - everything is moving but then I felt that "I" am separate from these very movements. I tried moving my legs and my eyes but could not connect it with me in anyway.
In fact I felt as if someone else is moving these hands and legs. This lasted for around a minute and then things returned to normal and that sense of identity returned.
The second experience was when I was traveling back from Gujarat to Mumbai by a train. I was talking to a passenger. Suddenly the same realization happened. I realized that the person doing the talking is not "me" - it is someone different. I was also having food at that time. I realized that everything including my speech, my hand movements - all the way from picking the food item and inserting it back into my mouth is happening automatically. There is no doer behind the entire process. Again it came back to normal within a minute.
Now this incident has happened several times to me and I have started believing that the self and the body is separate and the actions are happening automatically. It is because we attach "I" to it, we are bound by the karmas. The very practice of attempting to detach yourself from these things helps you in realizing the self.

I hope its the rt one.
