I'd say about 2-3 years ago while I was sleeping I felt a ferocious vibration, it was either on me or around me, but I definitely felt it. I woke up, but with all the strength in me, I could not open my eyes! The vibrations were still happening and I was completely terrified, I had no idea what was going on. After a while things calmed down, the shaking went away, and I was able to open my eyes, but when I tried to go back to sleep I was trembling again. After the trembling subsided I made sure to say a prayer before I fell back to sleep.
Next thing I know, I wake up in the morning, refreshed. I haven't stopped going through episodes like this, though luckily they're not very frequent. I don't know why they happen but I notice they only happen when I force myself to sleep, meaning I try to go to sleep despite the fact I'm not tired. When they do happen though, I say a prayer after recovering from one and I fall sound asleep. Praying protects me in a sense, praying is good. But, what exactly am I being protected from?
I read an article about astral projection and how vibrations are involved or something like that, but I really didn't know what to make of it. Either way, I read the article completely, and now I am completely fascinated with the idea of becoming one with your body, soul, peace at mind, and peace on Earth. I'm also enticed with the idea of astral projection, but I can't really find credible information on that topic. Any help is highly appreciated. I love your honesty. God works in mysterious ways. That may be his way to get you to talk to him. Praying is a good thing and something we all can never do enough of. Keep on praying, you'll get an awnser.
Ask and keep on asking, seek and keep on seeking, knock and keep on knocking. Be persistant in prayer and you will get an awnser by asking, you will find that which you seek for, and it shall be opened to you, the door you think is closed. Michael
