Called By Something

I was in my office one day when I fell into a trance-like state. I went completely limp and felt myself slump with my hand on my mouse and head on the desk. I am not sure what happened next exactly, but I was somewhere between being awake and not awake, since I could not move, or feel anything except for my hand twitching. It was complete darkness, although that could have been because my eyes were closed. I then heard something say, "Come with us." But I replied that I didn't want to go with them and that I needed to go back. I felt like they were waiting, so I asked if I could return after following them, but got no clear answer. I was worried. I thought of myself in my office and concentrated on my hand- the only thing I could feel. I was trying to decide whether I should go or stay, but kept responding that I was unsure of all this and that I better not go. They seemed to agree, and they didn't seem forceful. They left me saying, "Stop running from yourself." I then snapped right out of it, finding myself face down, staring at my desk, and my hand no longer twitching. Although I don't know exactly what it means, and I didn't trust those things calling me, I do feel that this message is important. What happened? What was this all about? Does anyone have any idea?
