I am wondering if anyone has had an experience similar to mine, and if they can shed some light on what it might be.
I've had this happen a few times over the years, but never in succession and I can't seem to find a link between them. Basically I feel like I'm in the middle of some sort of energy experience, whether its directed at me, by me, or I just happen to be caught in the middle. It happens very quickly, so that I hardly have time to register what is happening, then the next second I'm questioning my sanity.
Each time, I've been in a relaxed posture: seated, and usually reading, writing, or watching tv. This has happened in different rooms and in different houses. When it starts, I feel heaviness in my gut for a second or two, and a sense of dread or worry, and then all of the electronics around me react such as lights flickering or appliances turning off. Two of those times I had a laptop on my lap, which has a battery and was not plugged in, and it flickered, so if it was an electrical surge, it doesn't really make sense to effect the laptop. At the time, it almost feels like I'm in the center of some sort of energy and then it radiates in a wave out from me (or through me) and everything flickers and then I feel fine (well, I feel disturbed from the experience but otherwise, I'm well). My dog has been in the room when this happens, and she sits up and looks at me, but its hard to say if that's because of what happened or if my general attitude of "what just happened?!" got her attention.
I've told friends about it, and they jokingly asked if I thought I had superpowers. I don't really think that, I'm guessing that my body was responding to some electromagnetic energy which was also affecting my electronics. The sense of dread was very strong, and it was uncomfortable.
Does anyone have any ideas?
First let me explain. I would be laying on the couch watching TV not fatigued or tired at all. ALMOST in an instant my body would quickly go numb and I felt very drained of energy as if something in the room was causing it. I would slowly see the light bulb fade and I would be put to sleep. THIS happened 4 or 5 times and it would always be quick I would be asleep each time for maybe 30 minutes tops and when I awoke the light bulbs in the trailor became so bright I thought they were going to burst and I would cover my face. I would awake scared and usually get out of the trailor and sit outside until my girlfriend came home from work.
I felt as if something was taking my energy and draining my body of it also causing the lights to go dim and then when I awoke the lights were so intense and bright it's like my energy was given back to me. STILL creeps me out when I think about it.
